Michel P. Haggerty - graduated from Marist College and earned his law degree from Vermont Law School in 1977. While at Vermont Law he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Estate Planning. He is a longtime member of both the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He serves on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section for the Ninth Judicial District. Mr. Haggerty is also a Life Sustaining Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation.
Karen Tobias - graduated from Hofstra University in 1986 and earned her law degree from Pace University School of Law, cum laude, in 1991 where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Estate and Gift Tax. She was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 1991 and the New York State Bar in 1992.
